The BAYERNOIL refin\u00adery pro\u00adduces a wide range of refined prod\u00aducts from crude oil for its part\u00adner com\u00adpa\u00adnies, includ\u00ading liq\u00adue\u00adfied gas\u00ades, fuels, gaso\u00adline, jet fuel, diesel, heat\u00ading oil, and bitu\u00admen. At our two sites in Neustadt and Vohburg, we process around 10.3 mil\u00adlion tons of min\u00ader\u00adal oil each year, using state-of-the-art tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy, with the high\u00adest lev\u00adels of reli\u00ada\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty and under the strictest safe\u00adty stan\u00addards. As the largest refin\u00adery in Bavaria, BAYERNOIL is an impor\u00adtant eco\u00adnom\u00adic dri\u00adver and, with more than 850 employ\u00adees, one of the most sig\u00adnif\u00adi\u00adcant employ\u00aders in the region.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The dig\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adiza\u00adtion of our HR process\u00ades was a nec\u00ades\u00adsary step to future-proof the admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtion of employ\u00adee appraisals, tar\u00adget agree\u00adments, and suc\u00adces\u00adsion plan\u00adning. Train\u00ading man\u00adage\u00adment and train\u00ading doc\u00adu\u00admen\u00adta\u00adtion also need\u00aded to be mod\u00adern\u00adized. We under\u00adstand how the indi\u00advid\u00adual Cor\u00adner\u00adstone func\u00adtions inter\u00adact and are able to make adjust\u00adments across dif\u00adfer\u00adent mod\u00adules inde\u00adpen\u00addent\u00adly.
