The problem
HR data does not live only in Cornerstone
In most enterprise landscapes, Cornerstone is one one system among many. Core HR data comes from SAP HCM or SuccessFactors. Activity signals sit in Microsoft Graph. Compliance data goes to external auditors. Each of these connections is a project in its own right today — and each ages in its own way.

Source systems are mirrored via the replication engine of the talenttrends Data Hub — Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Graph (Entra ID, Teams, M365), Workday, Personio, any OData and REST sources. Set up once, kept up to date automatically. Credentials stored encrypted within the platform.
Route
On the basis of the already replicated data, mapping rules, filters and transformations are defined. Maintainable with versioning, testable before they go live, operable via an admin interface. Scheduled or event-driven.
Deliver
Back to Cornerstone, to third-party systems, to SFTP directories, to email recipients, to webhook endpoints, to databases. With PGP encryption where it is required. With a complete audit trail of every delivery — when, to whom, with what content, with what result.

Synchronise HR master data in Cornerstone
Core HR data comes from SAP HCM, SuccessFactors or Workday — Cornerstone takes over. Joiners, leavers and organisational changes end up automatically in the right OU tree, without manual creation or duplicate maintenance.
Pass on compliance and audit data
Training records, qualification levels, mandatory training — directly to external compliance tools, auditors or authorities. As CSV or Excel, via SFTP or encrypted email. Audit trail included.
Use Microsoft 365 as a data source
Entra ID groups, Teams structures and organisational contexts from Microsoft Graph flow into Cornerstone — as membership updates, OU structures or supplementary master data. One source, several target systems.
Forward events in real time
New employee, completed training, changed qualification — the Integration Layer notifies downstream systems via webhook as soon as the event becomes visible in the data. Onboarding tools, compliance workflows or your own applications react automatically.

Source-agnostic
Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Microsoft Graph, Workday, Personio, your own OData and REST sources — the Integration Layer is not tied to a single provider. Whatever can be opened up via open interfaces can be connected.
