Successful Implementation of an Applicant Tracking System

The pro­jec­t’s goal was clear: the intro­duc­tion of an appli­cant track­ing sys­tem for ulrich med­ical. Espe­cial­ly for com­pa­nies that have not yet dig­i­tized their appli­ca­tion process­es, such an intro­duc­tion can pose a sig­nif­i­cant chal­lenge. ulrich med­ical was able to suc­cess­ful­ly over­come this chal­lenge with the sup­port of talessio. A struc­tured and effi­cient project orga­ni­za­tion by talessio, as well as the ded­i­cat­ed par­tic­i­pa­tion of the project team at ulrich med­ical, ensured that the project could be car­ried out with­in the giv­en time­frame and with the desired outcome.

A key aspect of the pro­duc­tive col­lab­o­ra­tion and the suc­cess­ful over­all result of the project lay in the avail­abil­i­ty and patience of the talessio con­sul­tants, as well as their exper­tise in the recruit­ing tool. This has a pos­i­tive impact on dai­ly work and allows the com­pa­ny to respond more quick­ly to tal­ent, which is espe­cial­ly essen­tial in times of per­son­nel short­ages and war for talent.
